    What is Lone Star’s policy on shortages?
    All shortages must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt of the order. To claim a shortage, just complete the shortage claim form located in the Help Center.



    If I order today when will I receive my product?
    All orders placed prior to 2:00PM in the time zone in which it is placed, go out the same day for next day delivery. Please see our shipping policies for further details.



    What forms of payment does Lone Star accept?
    Lone Star Supplies accepts all major credit cards as well as government IMPAC cards and with an open account status, we accept corporate and government purchase orders.



    Does Lone Star Supplies offer contract pricing on the items that my company uses the most?
    Lone Star Supplies offers special contract pricing on all 27,000 items that we stock. Contact a representative today with your list!



    What is the cost of shipping?
    All domestic orders that do not contain furniture are free of charge. International orders are shipped at the lowest possible rate based on service requested. There is a 5:00pm cut-off for all orders place in the local Austin, Texas area.



    What product lines does Lone Star Supplies offer?
    Lone Star Supplies offers all major brands including: Avery, Sanford, Bic, HON and Hewlett Packard as an example. Lone Star Supplies also carries our house brand, Sparco.



    Does Lone Star Supplies sell toner supplies?
    Lone Star Supplies sells every make and model of toner supply for all the major brands. We sell OEM as well as remanufactured cartridges of amazing quality.



    How do I set up an account?
    By contacting a Lone Star Supplies representative or clicking on new customer form and completing all the necessary information. It takes one business day too set up accounts once credit approval has been issued.
